Casey Delks is a Purdue Grad and Lafayette Resident who has spent the last 10 years specializing in writing Commercial insurance. He spent the last decade covering the state of Indiana specializing in Business, Workers Comp and Malpractice insurance. He also served as a personal lines underwriter and sold real estate prior to becoming a commercial Insurance expert.

Casey is happily married and has 4 children ranging from 8 to 6 months old. Casey enjoys coaching his children’s sports team, very involved with his church and loves the outdoors. Casey is excited to add his commercial and Professional Liability insurance background to the Wilmington Professional team. Casey is excited as the new majority owner to help springboard off the strong foundation his partner Rachel Wilmington has fostered for the last 18 years. “We are a team here at the Wilmington Agency. Rachel has always put the customer’s interest first. I knew we would make a great team going forward and glad she concurred!”

I started Wilmington Insurance Agency on May 16, 2001 in Lafayette, Indiana. I started my agency with the philosophy that I wanted to help my clients by educating them in the insurance process. I want our clients to feel at home when they walk into our office, knowing that we are committed to finding their insurance solutions and therefore leaving them with their piece of mind and knowing that we are here to assist them in recovering from the unexpected. We enjoy being a multi line agency where we can serve the needs of our personal lines clients, while also serving the commercial clients with all their business needs. Every member of my staff is licensed, is a multi line representative and each are committed to treating each client as their only client. My agency started as commercial and life only but we have grown tremendously in all areas of the insurance field but the one focus that has remained is my desire to help my clients understand the importance of retirement savings, estate planning and the extreme necessity to protect your most valuable assets, which are your life and your ability to earn an income. This is why life insurance and disability insurance is so vital to a well-rounded family insurance plan.

Started her insurance career over 20 years ago! During these 20 years, Polly has served as a Customer Service Agent focusing primarily on commercial accounts. Polly has been with the Wilmington Insurance Agency since 2012 serving its clients as a Customer Service Agent both in commercial and personal lines.

Tina received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Iowa in 2005 and has been working in the insurance industry ever since. Tina has since received designations for CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), AINS (Associate in General Insurance), AIS (Associate in Insurance Services). Throughout her career she has received awards for top life and personal lines sales.

When she is not at work, Tina loves to spend time with her husband and 4 children. Her kids keep her busy ranging from ages 2 to 8. Her favorite things to do are camping, gardening, family movie nights, cooking, riding motorcycle and throwing birthday parties.

Alivia grew up in a small farming community outside of Tippecanoe County and currently resides in Crawfordsville. She graduated from Ball State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in 2019 and started her insurance journey shortly after. Alivia is excited to bring the skills and knowledge that she has gained to the Wilmington Agency! She loves getting to know her customers because her philosophy is, “the better I know the people I am working with, the better I can help them.” Whether it’s homeowners, auto, or life insurance, Alivia, wants to ensure that her customers are prepared for the unexpected.

When she is not in the office she can be found traveling with her husband, Noah, hiking outdoors at various state parks, or spending time with family and friends.

Cody Chaplin is a dedicated financial professional who made a seamless transition to the financial services industry in 2020, leveraging his innate talent for budgeting that he had been utilizing for years to assist friends and co-workers. With a keen understanding of the importance of financial planning, Cody specializes in working with individuals and families, employing trusted client conversations to discern their needs and desires.

Committed to the long-term financial well-being of his clients, Cody employs a holistic approach, aiming to grow alongside them throughout their personal financial journeys. Notably, he is also a licensed Property and Casualty professional, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape.

Residing in Rossville with his wife Cassie and their four children—Lliam, Theilen, Clara, and Raewynne—Cody finds joy in family life. In his precious free time, he indulges his musical passions, playing the guitar, mandolin, drums, and piano. Cody's commitment to his community is further evident in his active role within his local church, where he leads worship and manages sound, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
